Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced that it has upsized its existing senior credit facility for America’s Auto Auction to support the company’s acquisition of Auction Broadcasting Company. America’s Auto Auction is a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners.
NXT Capital acted as the Sole Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent and Sole Bookrunner for this transaction.
“NXT quickly understood our vision for this transformational acquisition and its potential to nearly double the size of the company,” said Dustin Miller, Chief Financial Officer, America’s Auto Auction. “Equally important, NXT was such a responsive and reliable financing partner that we were able to focus on the acquisition rather than its financing,” said Dustin Miller, Chief Financial Officer, America’s Auto Auction.
America’s Auto Auction is one of the largest providers of pre-owned car auctions with locations throughout the eastern half of North America. Headquartered in Dallas, the company offers a full spectrum of services to meet buyers’ and sellers’ remarketing needs.
