Chicago, IL – NXT Capital announced today that it closed a senior credit facility in support of Bansk Group’s acquisition of Foundation Wellness (or the “Company”).
NXT Capital acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Collateral Agent, and Administrative Agent on this transaction.
